This hidden gem on the outskirts of Dubrovnik is an ideal choice if you would like to spend your vacation in the seclusion of a relaxing, private environment. Equally, you can entertain your friends in the elegant interior or the specious outdoor areas with BBQ, surrounded with flowers and mediterranean herbal plants.
The house is ideally designed and oriented for savouring the Adriatic breeze with its 9,5 m heated pool, ample terrace and two upper level balconies adjoining the bedrooms.
Three rooms can accommodate six guests, providing an ideal vacation for families and groups of friends seeking privacy, convenience and sublime vistas of Elafiti islands.
Those beautiful islands can be reached with a fast boat transfer from a harbour just bellow the house in the Brsecine port.You can spend a day or less on some beautiful shallow send beaches or just have a lovely lunch on these car free islands.
A five minute drive west from the house would get you to a beautiful beach “Veliki Zal” with its large parking. There, you can swim in the Adriatic and enjoy the bright white pebbles contrasting the deep green colour of the pine trees. In its shade you will find a simple restaurant where you can have a relaxing meal with a splendid sea views.
A five minute drive in the other direction would bring you to Trsteno, famous for its botanical gardens from the Renaissance era of Dubrovnik Republic. Further down the road you will find a bay of Zaton with some finer restaurants and shops.
If you feel for a daily trip, there is a Peljesac peninsula with two lovely towns, Mali Ston and Veliki Ston known for its ancient saltworks that supplied Dubrovnik Republic and cultivating shelfish that are still produced there.
